Raw Strawberry Jam



  • 330g Strawberries
  • 4Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 6 drops of Stevia (or 3 Tbsp agave or other sweetener syrup of choice)


  • Blend all the ingredients until it gets homogeneous.
  • Taste and rectify the sweetness, if necessary.
  • Storage in a glass bottle in refrigerator a few hours before serve (for instance overnight).

Storage it in the refrigerator and consume it within a week.


Another recipe for the monthly facebook contest, which the theme was “jam”.



I’ve never tried to make a jam before, and decided to make a raw one. The amount of sugar used in traditional ones just bothers me, so, here we are. And we have all the chia benefits!


 Oh, and is super quick to make!
