- 330g Strawberries
- 4Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 6 drops of Stevia (or 3 Tbsp agave or other sweetener syrup of choice)
- Blend all the ingredients until it gets homogeneous.
- Taste and rectify the sweetness, if necessary.
- Storage in a glass bottle in refrigerator a few hours before serve (for instance overnight).
Storage it in the refrigerator and consume it within a week.
